Steve Parry MBE
Director
Steve Parry is one of Britain’s most successful swimmers. He won a bronze medal at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games and set an Olympic record for the 200m butterfly in the semi-finals, impressively beating Michael Phelps – one of only four people to ever do so at the time.
After retiring from competitive swimming in 2005, Steve used his platform for good and co-founded his first business, Total Swimming. Now a group of Olympian-led businesses, Sporting House consists of Total Swimming Academies, Beth Tweddle Gymnastics, Becky Adlington’s SwimStars, Becky Adlington Training, swim! and ReCreation Together, the Group brands engage over 30,000 children every week and continue to break down the barriers to get kids active.
Steve is also Chair of Swim Safe, the outdoor swimming and water safety programme run jointly by Swim England and the Royal National Lifeguard.
Adrian Turner
Director of Developments
Adrian Turner is a two-time Commonwealth Games medalist and former Olympic swimmer who represented Great Britain at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games and England at the 2002 Commonwealth Games, reaching the semi-finals in the 200m individual medley. His successful swimming career laid the foundation for his transition into new arenas, including further study and acting.
After retiring from international competition, Adrian partnered with his Olympic teammate Steve Parry to co-found Total Swimming, the first in what has become a group of Olympian-led businesses under the Sporting House umbrella. Their mission continues to focus on breaking down barriers to participation in sport and creating opportunities for thousands of children to get active every week.
Natalie McGuire
Commercial Director
Natalie joined ReCreation in 2025 after a long and varied career in the leisure and wellbeing industry, most notably her roles within the National Governing Body for Swimming, Swim England and her position as Director of Business Development at Brimhams Active, a LATCO based in North Yorkshire. With a strong commercial and operational background Natalie leads the commercial arm of the business, driving growth and innovation through a consumer-focused lens.
An avid swimmer, Natalie now uses her passion and love of swimming to influence the sector and support the business’s mission to revolutionise swimming and change lives, having firsthand experience of the benefits aquatic activity can have on local communities.
Stephanie Morabito

Stephanie, Head of Client Delivery provides ReCreation with a wealth of project management experience within the construction industry, both in the UK and USA. She comes with a strong understanding and passion for successfully leading projects from concept to completion.
Stephanie’s systematic yet personable approach to delivering projects on time and within budget makes her a valuable member of our team… and yours! Along with her love for an active lifestyle, Steph enjoys travelling and enjoying the British countryside on her bike.
